If the oxygen tank is battery operated or plug in for charging then yes you can.
If the tank is the large pull behind one with a valve, then you should rent one from your local pharmacy or contact your physician to find out how you can get a portable one for travel. OR you can bring it with only after you make arrangements with the Airline you are traveling with to have the tank stored for you during flight times when which you would be hooked up to the onboard oxygen.
